How to Handle a Missing or Lost Package

USPS

  1. Visit the USPS Website:
    • Navigate to the "Help" section.
    • Select "Find Missing Mail" and follow the prompts to initiate a search.
  2. File a Claim:
    • If your package is insured or if it has been more than 7 days since the delivery date, file a claim.

UPS

  1. Log into Your UPS Account:

  2. Track Your Package:

  3. File a Claim:
