Welcome to the Status Reference guide. This section provides clear definitions and necessary actions for various statuses you may encounter within CommerceShip. Understanding these statuses will help you manage your orders, payments, and shipments more efficiently.

Combined Order and Fulfillment Status

Status Name	Description
Shipped	The order has been shipped to the customer.
Ready to Ship	The order is ready to be shipped.
Pending Payment	The order is awaiting payment.
Error	There was an error processing the order.
Canceled	The order has been canceled.
Unknown	The status of the order is unknown.
Refunded	The order has been refunded.
On Hold	The order is on hold and awaiting further action.

Order Status

Status Name	Description
Completed	The order has been completed.
Processing	The order is currently being processed.
Error	There was an error processing the order.
Canceled	The order has been canceled.

Order Payment Status

Status Name	Description
Paid	The order has been fully paid.
Partially Paid	The order has been partially paid.
Unpaid	The order has not been paid.
Voided	The payment for the order has been voided.
Refunded	The payment for the order has been refunded.
Partially Refunded	The payment for the order has been partially refunded.

Batches Status

Status Name	Description
Completed	The batch has been completed.
Processing	The batch is currently being processed.
Created	The batch has been created.
Error	There was an error processing the batch.

Shipment Void Status

Status Name	Description
Refunded	The shipment has been voided and refunded.
Approved	The void request has been approved.
Requested	The void request has been submitted.
Error	There was an error processing the void request.
Rejected	The void request has been rejected.

Shipment Tracking Status

Status Name	Description
Delivered	The shipment has been delivered.
In Transit	The shipment is currently in transit.
Out for Delivery	The shipment is out for delivery.
Label Created	A label has been created for the shipment.
Error	There was an error with the shipment.
Exception	An exception occurred during the shipment.
Unknown	The status of the shipment is unknown.
Return	The shipment is being returned.

Manifest Status

Completed	The manifest has been completed.

Pickup Status
