How to Disconnect a Carrier Account

To disconnect a carrier account from CommerceShip, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Integrations:

    • Go to the "Integrations" dropdown in the main navigation menu.
    • Click on "Carrier Accounts."
  2. Select Carrier Account:

    • On the Carrier Accounts page, click "Edit" on the card of the carrier you wish to disconnect.
  3. Disconnect the Carrier:

    • In the modal, click "Delete" to remove the carrier account.

This action will successfully disconnect the selected carrier account from our platform.
