To disconnect a carrier account from CommerceShip, follow these steps:
Navigate to Integrations:
- Go to the "Integrations" dropdown in the main navigation menu.
- Click on "Carrier Accounts."
Select Carrier Account:
- On the Carrier Accounts page, click "Edit" on the card of the carrier you wish to disconnect.
Disconnect the Carrier:
- In the modal, click "Delete" to remove the carrier account.
This action will successfully disconnect the selected carrier account from our platform.
