How to Manage Users in Your Account

Navigate to User Management

  1. Access User Management:
    • Click on your profile picture in the upper-right-hand corner.
    • Select "Users" to go to the User Management page.

Inviting a New User

  1. Invite a User:

    • Click on the "Invite User" button.
    • Enter the user's name and email.
    • Select the user's role from the dropdown menu.
    • Click on the "Send Invite" button.
  2. The invited user will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and register for an account.

Updating an Existing User

  1. Locate the User:

    • Find the user you wish to update on the User Management page.
  2. Edit User Details:

    • Click on the "Edit" link on the user’s card.
    • Update the user's role or remove the user by following the prompts.

By following these steps, you can easily manage users in your CommerceShip account.
