If you need to cancel a shipment and request a refund for a label you've already generated, follow these steps:
Voiding a Label
Access Shipments:
- Navigate to "Shipments" in the main menu.
Find the Label:
- Locate the shipment you want to void.
Void the Label:
- In the Actions column for the shipment, click on the dropdown menu.
- Select "Void Label" to cancel the shipment.
Requesting a Refund
- Once the label is voided, a refund will be automatically initiated if eligible. Refund policies and times may vary depending on the carrier.
Note: Voiding a label is typically only available for a limited time after the label is created. Check with your specific carrier for their policy details.
