How to Void a Label and Request a Refund

If you need to cancel a shipment and request a refund for a label you've already generated, follow these steps:

Voiding a Label

  1. Access Shipments:

    • Navigate to "Shipments" in the main menu.
  2. Find the Label:

    • Locate the shipment you want to void.
  3. Void the Label:

    • In the Actions column for the shipment, click on the dropdown menu.
    • Select "Void Label" to cancel the shipment.

Requesting a Refund

  • Once the label is voided, a refund will be automatically initiated if eligible. Refund policies and times may vary depending on the carrier.

Note: Voiding a label is typically only available for a limited time after the label is created. Check with your specific carrier for their policy details.
